Captain Fyodr "Teddy" Valenti

A cheerful fellow, just over six feet tall, with pale blonde hair and bright blue eyes. He dresses in a slightly rumpled grey pin-striped suit over an eye-hurtingly bright Hawaiian shirt and wears a long leather coat for armour. An elaborate and carefully-maintained blaster pistol is worn prominently on one thigh, and he carries a slug pistol in a holster under his coat.

He is friendly and outgoing, with an easily likeable manner and enough good looks and charm to make just about anybody comfortable. He can’t sell fridges to Eskimos, but he could probably sell them ice-cream.
